Best place to learn

For the past number of years, several of our German Glass facilities were awarded the Best Place to Learn recognition. The programme is one of Germany’s most well-known employer awards for training and apprenticeships and is given to companies that have superior apprenticeship programmes.

This award demonstrates our commitment to talent development as well as our focus on attracting and attaining skilled employees.

The awards are judged in areas such as recruitment and selection, communication, integration and occupational guidance.
