Official opening of Ardagh’s CoE

When members of our management team visited our new Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Cape Town for the official launch event, they were welcomed with the beat of a djembe drum and a vibrant performance of traditional South African dance. A stunning cake in contrasting colours symbolised the partnership between Ardagh and EXL. This partnership aims to attract and develop talented local technology enthusiasts eager to progress their careers in tech. Induction starts with an intensive career accelerator training programme for help desk agents, delivered by CapaCiTi. Ardagh Group Chair Herman Troskie was on hand for the ceremonial ribbon cutting. He delivered a message of congratulations and encouragement to the IT teams who have now settled into their full-time roles supporting global operations from our CoE in Africa.
