ISO 14001 Certification

Ardagh Group has achieved International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14001 certification for an environmental management system (EMS) at each of its production facilities across both of its operating businesses – Ardagh Metal Packaging and Ardagh Glass Packaging. ISO 14001 is an internationally recognised standard that provides companies with a framework to help monitor and control their environmental performance through efficient resource management and waste reduction.

Each of Ardagh’s production facilities utilises formal environmental management systems. Since 2011 our Environmental policy requires that all Ardagh production facilities must be ISO 14001 certified. This certification and related systems have improved environmental performance at Ardagh by enabling us to monitor and manage our impact on the environment and implement related compliance programmes.
