Registration Statement Filed for Proposed IPO
Ardagh announces that its subsidiary, Ardagh Finance Holdings S.A., has today filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering of its Class A common shares. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Ardagh plans to apply to have the Class A common shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “ARD.”
Ardagh is a global leader in metal and glass packaging solutions, producing packaging for most of the world's leading food, beverage and consumer brands. It operates in 22 countries, employing approximately 23,500 people and has global sales exceeding €7.8 billion.
Citigroup is acting as lead book-running manager for the proposed offering. The proposed offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
